Unlike the musical offerings at most websites, Shady Blues is pleased to offer complete tracks for you to download. They take up more hard drive space, and they take longer to download, but you get the whole thing, not just a sample.
We are also offering different versions of many of the same songs. What's the difference?. Well, the older tracks were originally recorded live to cassette tape, some time between 1993 and 1999, with lead singer Alan Begg, who is also featured on harps, along with some tenor sax contributions by Dave Worth. The newer tracks feature Adam Russell on lead vocals, without any saxophone offerings. These were recorded live to computer over two nights at the Fox & Fiddle in October 2001. |
